What is the Allens Swim Club Partnership Programme?

A free and rewarding programme that gives your club commission on member purchases, access to exclusive kit options, and supports your swimmers with automatic discounts. No codes or tracking links needed.

How do we know if we are already registered?

Take a look at our Swim Club Partners page for a full list of current clubs.

How do we join?

Simply submit our online application form. We’ll review your application within 1–2 business days.

How does our club earn commission?

Your club earns commission whenever your swimmers make purchases while logged into their Allens account with your Club ID saved. No codes or links needed.

When and how is commission paid?

Commission is paid quarterly:

5% via bank transfer (default)
10% in gift vouchers (if preferred)

Payouts are made in the second week after each quarter ends.

What if a swimmer forgets to enter their Club ID when signing up?

No problem, but until the Club ID is added, member prices won’t appear and the club won’t earn commission.

They can update it anytime by logging in and going to: My Account > Swim Club Settings.

To get the Club ID, the swimmer should ask their club manager directly.

Do I still need a discount code?

No. Discount codes are no longer required. Once you log in and assign your Club ID, your pricing and benefits are applied automatically.

Will my club get commission for previous orders?

Any orders placed under the old scheme using CLUB10/CLUB20 codes will no longer recieve commission. Users must be logged in for the club to recieve commission.

All new orders will follow the new scheme with automatic tracking and updated commission rates (5% cash or 10% gift voucher), with no code required.

Can our club switch from cash to voucher or vice versa?

Yes. You can choose your preferred commission method per payout. Please Contact Us if you would like to switch your current method.

How do I get our club’s Unique Club ID?

Club Managers will receive it upon registration. If you're unsure, please Contact Us.

Can we donate our commission to charity?

Yes! Clubs can choose to donate part or all of their commission to a supported charity. Just let us know your preference.

Can we customise club kit?

Yes! Clubs get exclusive access to custom teamwear and special kit offers. Contact us after joining for options.

How do I get the discount?

Log in to your Allens account and go to My Account > Swim Club Settings. Enter your Club ID (from your coach/manager) — once saved, your discount will apply automatically.

Where do I find my Club ID?

Ask your coach or club manager. Club IDs are not shared publicly for security reasons.

Does the discount work on sale items?

No - the 10% discount only applies to full-price items. Sale items stay at their sale price.

I’m not in a swim club - can I still shop?

Yes! You’ll still receive seasonal deals, flash sales, early product news, and helpful training content.
