Royal Mail

• Tracked 24: Usually 1-2 working days. 
• Tracked 48: Usually 2-3 workings days.
• Guaranteed Next Day Delivery: Order before 3pm Monday - Friday or 8am Saturday. Orders placed after 8am Saturday will be delivered Tuesday.

UPS

• Standard: Usually 1-2 working days.

DHL Courier

• Standard: Usually 1-2 working days.
• Economical: Usually 3-4 working days.

In Store Collection

Free in store collection is available. Simply choose this option at checkout and pick up your order at our store.

Delivery Times

• In stock items are usually dispatched the same day.

• Unless stated otherwise, please allow up to 30 days for delivery.

FedEx

• Priority: 1-2 working days across the EU.
• Economy: 3-5 working days for EU destinations.
• Standard: 1-4 working days within the EU.

International Shipping

• Customs charges may apply based on your country’s regulations.
• Cross border shipments may be inspected by customs authorities.

Royal Mail

• International Tracked: Typically 10-15 working days for delivery.

DHL Courier

• DHL Express: Delivery within 2-3 working days internationally.

Please ensure that you have completed a CN22 Customs declarations form and that this has been clearly marked as being Returned Goods. Please mark the return parcel on the outside clearly as returned goods - failure to do this could result in Customs charges being applied to the parcel on its return. I regret we cannot accept parcels with customs duties and charges payable - these will be returned to sender. 

Non-Faulty Goods

We do ask to please return items with the original packaging if possible and to leave hygiene seals on suits, please also include a copy of the invoice received clearly stating on this that you would like a refund for the return.

Please note that we will not accept non-faulty items back that have been worn or without their relevant packaging, labels or stickers.

If you would like to exchange an item for an alternative size, style or item please return the item to us along with a copy of your invoice, please note on the invoice what item is required as an alternative.

Faulty Goods

In the case of faulty goods, please contact us at sales@allensswimwear.co.uk and give us details of the nature of complaint along with photos and the date of purchase and the care given to product. 

In all cases of complaint we will endeavour to substitute faulty goods with an identical replacement, or substitute the goods with ones of similar value. This does not affect your statutory rights, and you may of course choose to have a complete refund if you are not 100% happy.

1. Fill out the Returns Form included in your package.
2. Securely pack your items, ideally in the original packaging.
3. For UK customers, use the prepaid Royal Mail label.
4. For international customers, ensure shipping is prepaid and use an insured service.
